During the reign of Ikhtiyar Uddin Mohammad bin Bakhtiyar Khilji about 600 years ago, when the army was passing through this area, they had water problem. At that time, several lakh army personnel set up tents here and took up position. Later they dug a pond here overnight to solve the water problem. Since then, the name of the pond is famous as Sadyapuskarini. According to the descriptions of the former men, when a large number of soldiers need water, it becomes difficult to supply water. Immediately the commander decided to dig a pond. Whatever it is - that work. The soldiers started digging the pond. And this is how this huge pond was created. It is said that it was dug in a hurry and was named 'Sadyapushkarini'. And later the union was renamed Sadyapuskarini Union after the name of the pond. The clear water of the huge pond and the cool air of the pond surrounded by trees easily envelops the body. The Union Parishad has also been named after this pond, Sadyapushkarini Union.
