Details
In addition to the prayer rooms, the monastery has a sewing training center and computer training center, community center and academic building. There are 152 families under Atar Bihar and the population is about 600. Every year different ceremonies like Maghi Purnima, Baishakhi Purnima, Madhu Purnima, Pravarana Purnima, Shubho Kathin Chibar Dananusthan are held here. There is a morning school in Bihar. This monastery is well known as the Buddhist monastery of North Bengal.
