During the War of Independence in 1971, about 1000 (one thousand) lives were martyred at a place called Baddhabhumi while fleeing from the Pak army by crossing the 1st Jurabandha Bill to save the lives of many men and women and children. Whose name is Baddhabhumi. The former name was Jurabanda Bill. At present for the remembrance of the martyrs whose mouza is Vallabhbishu, J, L No. 24, Khatian No. 48, Dag No. 106, land-6 percent. Hon'ble MP of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Rangpur-4, Mr. Tipu Munshi placed a memorial plaque on the land on 30 October 2016. Whose work is ongoing. In the memorial museum of the war of liberation, mourning was observed on the evening of March 25 every year after independence by observing the mourning silence and praying for the forgiveness of the souls of the martyrs.
